We were part of this ground-breaking new insurance product that MFRF launched. It allows consumers to select and “Stack” their insurance – product by product. We conceptualised and designed the user journey and website from the get-go and developed video content to support the project.
We delivered a user-friendly website with a journey that allows users to sign up, register, and get quoted within seconds. Claiming and communications are all done via WhatsApp & Email, providing clients with direct communique and access to their policies with convenient insurance on their terms. We also handled their socials with clever posts that turned traditional insurance offerings on its head – just like the products themselves.
