The Al Jazeera Human Resources department needed a specific look to roll out a product tailored made for their overall employee experience. The main product branches out into several individual programmes aiming to engage with employees and create a much more appealing work life balance.
HR Wellbeing
The Al Jazeera Human Resources department saw a need to place a need on their employees wellbeing. They put a product together that was made up of different programmes focusing on different areas of wellbeing, such as Mental Health, Wellness Checks, Get Fit and Challenge Yourself.
HR Podium
Podium was born out of the necessity for employees to express themselves creatively, as well as promoting sharing of knowledge and self-growth.
